It’s the sunscreen!! Sun is the biggest factor of aging. Use it all year round, even in winter you get sun damage

I use that Nivea cream. I read an article comparing the Nivea cream against a very expensive cream. Nivea had much moisture content as the expensive one and it’s about $10.

my Mum started with Ponds 50yrs ago then changed to Nivea 30yrs. it was all she uses, when she passed away in her late 70s she had the skin of a 40yr old

Uso Pond’s desde adolescente y mi rutina es jabón Dove (de barra), mi crema pond’s y bloqueador solar llevo como 3 años usándolo y no recuerdo la marca xq uso diferentes cada q se me termina 🙈🤷🏻♀️
