We were going to do this because of the TikTok tips, and quickly realized that it was not going to work for us. We had a very needy and active 9 month old, and a loooot of stuff. We boarded together

I did this (2 toddlers while pregnant) and both times got my carry on suitcase taken because there was no longer any room. Suitcase was full of snacks and extra clothes, etc. I cried each time. 😅

Isn’t the preboard because you have kids and it takes longer to get settled. So if you are mid plane you’re holding up other rows while you get them in seats/situated?

Nah, my kids are the opposite, get them on the plane, get them settled, get an iPad on with their favourite movie or tv show and just let them chill..

Everyone’s situation is different. I had 2 boys under 2 at one point & flew often. There’s no way just one of us could have managed 2 babies alone while the other one boarded first.
