@dailymail: A family of five were on their way home from a baseball tournament in upstate New York when tragedy struck. Georgia residents Laura and Ryan VanEpps had spent the weekend traveling with their two sons, aged 12 and 10, and Laura's father Roger Beggs, 76, when the plane came down in a rural area. Beggs, who had his pilot's license, offered to fly the family to and from New York to watch his grandson play baseball. The wreckage of the plane and the family's remains were found by New York State Police later that night.
