Up here in Northeast Pa. I was told by a Cheif company man that the gas up here is a nuisance, the motherload is the oil is underneath the gas. but the have to get the natural gas out first.

I worked for Tetra Technologies back in the 90's. I remember the company getting sued for diagonal drilling. any information on why it's legal now.
