I linked her account but for some reason I can’t see the info. Might that be because she probably didn’t do a child account?

Chocolate Croissant Rolls Ingredients (1 cup = 200 ml) For the dough: 560 g all-purpose flour (about 4½ cups) 200 ml milk (1 cup) 100 ml warm water (½ cup) 1 egg white (reserve the yolk for brushing) 80 ml vegetable oil (about ½ cup) 50 g granulated sugar (3 tablespoons) 10 g instant dry yeast (1 packet) A pinch of salt For the cocoa dough: 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 3 tablespoons water 4 tablespoons vegetable oil For the filling: Milk chocolate chips Hazelnut spread For topping: Reserved egg yolk Chopped or sliced hazelnuts Instructions In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and make a well in the center. Add the yeast, sugar, warm water, and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Add the egg white and vegetable oil, then knead until you have a soft, smooth dough. (You may need to adjust the flour slightly depending on its quality.) Divide the dough in half. Leave one half plain. To the other half, add the cocoa powder, water, and oil, then knead until fully combined. Cover both doughs and let them rise until doubled in size. Roll the cocoa dough into a 25 × 25 cm square. Place it in the center of the plain dough and wrap the plain dough around it. Lightly flour your work surface and roll the layered dough into a 60 × 50 cm rectangle. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the surface. Cut the dough into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of hazelnut spread at the wide end of each triangle, then roll them up into croissant shapes. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and let them proof until nearly doubled in size. Brush with the reserved egg yolk and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Bake in a preheated 180°C (350°F) fan oven until golden brown. Enjoy these soft, chocolate-filled croissant rolls fresh from the oven. They’re perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon treat!
