Fact about innocent smoothie every carton and bottle have cheeky messages hidden on them on the carton if I remember correctly they are at the bottom of the carton my children love looking for them ☺️

I have a tree nut allergy and you can get sunflower seed butter, it tastes pretty good with a bit of honey/agave x
