When you literally make eye contact as well and they know they blocking but don’t move 😤 I feel like dog walkers are the only ones who actually move 😂

I’d say, it’s in your own interest to move as I’m running at a rate that will knock you over, even more so as I speed up if I notice people don’t make an effort, I get to at least 3mph whenimcharging
