their wealth is not real. cash rich and asset poor is a bad choice in the long run. That mortgage is an investment not a debt.

It’s true.. I got myself into massive debts compared to my income, it spiralled out of control, ended up borrowing money to have a wage, I’ve turned it around and almost out of the other side now…
