@billiesteele_fit: I guess it all comes down to how badly do you want it? What are you willing to sacrifice to get what you want? Even though it was the beginning of my weightless journey it felt like a huge sacrifice to not eat fast food and not drink alcohol especially after a stressful day or an argument with a partner. Honestly, at times it felt like all I was doing was sacrificing with very little reward. But as the weight slowly came off and I started to feel better it felt less like a sacrifice and more like a good choice.
