Don’t hate 😂 Thank you for the inspo!!! @Eating Bird Food 🍪🍪🍪 1 cup large cottage cheese ¼ cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup almond flour ½ cup vanilla protein powder or unflavored (i used @drinkorgain) 2 tbsp melted coconut oil ½ cup chocolate chips 1 tsp salt Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. In a blender, add the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until smooth. In a bowl, add your protein powder, almond flour and salt. Mix well and add your cottage cheese mixture in. Stir until combined then add your chocolate chips. Mix well. Scoop dough onto baking sheet (i made 12 cookies) and flatten slightly before baking. Bake at 350 for about 22-25 minutes, depending on your oven! Wait about 5 minutes to cool and enjoy. #cottagecheese #cottagecheesecookies
