They serve bbq out of a bbq trailer connected to Hop & Sting Brewery🍺 and in 2024 earned a James Beard Nomination with some pretty prestigious restaurants! And this is gonna be the BEST way to experience Texas BBQ on a budget in Dallas. 💸 they have a side of the menu known as “Tours”. I chose the Tour of Tex Mex which included 1/2 lb Brisket, 1/2lb Chipotle Cheddar Sausage, 3 Birria Tacos and consomé and your choice of 2 sides (I chose the Elote on the Cobb & their amazing slaw with pecans & blue cheese) + homemade tortillas and salsa. This tray feeds 3-4 people for $52 and they also have a classic BBQ option that comes with ribs and is $49. AND and even bigger tray called Tour of America that feeds 8-10 people 😦 If you’re new to DFW or visiting, this is a great way to try a wide variety of award winning BBQ while in Texas.
