I work with real estate company. The developer should shoulder all the damages in your unit. Document everything, from furnitures, appliances, documents, everything and send it to your PMO and 1/2

Property Manager here. Yes it's true na under investigation yan kung ano ang cause kasi isubmit un sa bldg insurance so that they can process claims. Suggestion ko lang. make a consistent follow ups++
