@sequinnedstars: i’m heading to chengdu, china tomorrow and since c-fashion has been on the rise (pretty elite if you ask me), i sourced some brands on xhs to shop at while i’m there so i thought i’d share too 🐰 
i know there’s a stigma that chinese fashion is “low quality” and hence should always be “affordable” but if you think about it, these brands are around the love bonito to zara price range, but offer styles that are harder to find in sg! here to open your eyes 🫶🏻

this is one of the most popular brands in chengdu now and i can’t wait to try their iconic tube top!

style: a more feminine take on y2k 
this shop has quite diverse pieces and the price range is quite wide too! the hype girlies on xhs all talk about this brand (and they do not ship to sg) so i’m rly excited to visit the store! 
3. nn north node
price: $40-100+
style: semi-gorpcore x y3k futuristic 
even if you aren’t a 100% gorpcore girlie, this one has tops that are wearable still! very very cool aesthetic 
4. weekendhub
price: unknown till i shop there in person
style: coquette, girly pop 
i am the most excited for this store!! they only have physical stores so i can’t wait to shop there! it’s kind of like a sweeter brandy melville if you will 🎀 
5. beerbro

style: retro american vintage
this is another store that is hyped up on xhs! i know for sure i’ll go crazy in this store cause they have so many cute and wearable pieces!
