I was in a Canadian ER shaking & sweating in pain from suspected appendicitis & they offered me a Tylenol at triage. I said I didn't think I would do anything & they agreed with me....

In Canada you guess that’s what a GP would say coz you can’t get one. Self prescribed Tylenol and you’re good to go for ANY ailment.
