I don’t score the meat or use mustard but the strawberry is where it’s at! I do a 50/50 mix with it though. Whatever amount of strawberry you use mix with the same amount of brown sugar 😁

Before shredding, pour all the liquid into a fat separator. After shredding, put the juices back in over the top to preference.

We buy the case of 8 for the Fourth. Cook them overnight. Anything left gets vacuum sealed. If you’re not already doing it, let it rest 1-2 hours before shredding 💯🔥
