I have oily lids and primarily use eyeshadow sticks. However, primers these days are so good that I am unable to blend my eyeshadow. Now I just use them on my nose, where my makeup tends to slide off.

Nars is my absolute favorite since my eyelids are sooooo oily. All of the ones listed are awesome but the Nars never fails me.
