omg yes!!!!! Two doctors have told me just change your way of eating, exercise.... blah! Last one put me on metformin, medication alone doesn't do anything. I started taking recommended pills of PCOS

I had a dr tell me that just because a group of dr’s from around the world said if you have this this this and this then you have PCOS doesnt mean YOU have PCOS. Then refused to help me get pregnant

oh! there are many sites and channels on here that give advice fof supplements and foods for free. i highly recommend it as I was able to help cut back on weight and the pain. just takes some research

Was diagnosed with PCOS at 19. Had 2 kids (thanks to a Dr that truly cared and took me off metformin and put me on a specific diet and bam…it happened). Im now 37 and 12 days ago had a hysterectomy.

Same. I was 21. I am now 42. Docs kept me on BC until last year when I refused to believe this was still good for me. Working to get healthier. Eating healthier, weight is slowly coming off :)

24. Put on birth control with no explanation. Wouldn’t take me off. I complained about having my symptoms worsened. Got told I’m just anxious, depressed and lazy and overweight.
