@poisonicyivy: workout details!!! RDLS - 4 sets of 8-10 reps depending on how heavy you are going (push yourself as long as your form is good!) Kickbacks - 20 reps of straight kicknacks straight into 20 of crossed kickbacks, 2 sets on each leg Bulgarians - heaviest weight you can do for 6-8 reps of 3 sets on each leg Step Ups - slow and controlled 8 weighted into 8 bw, 3 sets each leg (also yes im holding onto something but im not pulling myself up its simply because no way can i balance) Hip extention - Weighted until failure, hold, bw until failure, 1 or 2 sets TIP: for single leg workouts complete all your sets on one leg and then move on to the other for that ultimate muscle growth muahaha Headphones are @skullcandy and shorts are @DFYNE :) (Also before any of these i started off with heavy hip thrusts to activate the whole glutessss) #glutegrowth #gym #roundglutes #workout #forthegirls #workoutmotivation #workoutroutine #gym #healthylifestyle
