@complete_preservation: Scammed🤦‍♂️ one of the early ones. This Knapen damp proofing system is pretty common and if you look closely you will see this at the base of some walls. They even installed it vertically. This cost a chunk of wonga to install, and you can see they cut little sockets out of the wall to insert tubes in. The tubes and triangles were then smothered with rock hard cement preventing evaporation. Personally I think these are great only for little insects that want to feel safe in there.
