Canned potatoes are always a good and cheap option when it comes to fried potatoes. I've made breakfast fried potatoes with them and they work really well. Cubed ones and whole ones I sliced.

This series has shown me that Food Lion has great customer service and great rules. I love that they let you buy 1 item in a buy one get one for free. Wish I had a food lion in my area.

The store I go to usually has one of the rolls of Jimmy Dean sausage for $1.99 or so. I put that w/rice and whatever color peppers they have on sale for stuffed peppers. Add some onion etc seasonings
