You’re not allowed to use the VA loan for investment properties. Has to be used as primary residence. Only exception I can see is a vet buyin a duplex. Also VA has to approve the home. Call bs on this

Bought my first home in 2018 for $293k with $0 down using VA home loan. Sold it in 2022 for $575k then moved back near my family and paid cash for a nice brick ranch. I have no mortgage now.

You have to qualify for a loan of that amount, you have to live in that property for one year before you rent it out and you still have to make the payments.
