June 2021 marked the beginning of my journey. I had reached my heaviest weight ever (260 lbs), my physical and mental health were at its worst. Working long hours had made it almost impossible to find time to exercise. But with change also comes sacrifice so I decided to give myself another chance. Fast forward to now I am proud to say I have lost 93 lbs and gained who I always wanted to be. A great father, husband and example to my children. My journey has not been an easy one but the results and changes I see on myself daily has been what keeps me going. I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m excited to share with everyone how I did it. Food has always been something we love and enjoy. These changes have taught me that you can still eat good food and be in a calorie deficit at the same time. Diets don’t have to be boring. We hope to show others that you can also change your lifestyle and lead by example. Our kids are the most important thing for us and for them to see us dedicate time to eating healthier foods and exercise is a huge reward. Follow us along our journey.
