not sure that idea is legal. The better option is to just make it so unprofitable they wont even try. Have a tax bracket of like 90% once you own more than (3) homes boom problem solved

I think owning more then 3 or 4 homes is unethical, caps on individual home acquisition is needed obviously. Corporate entities should be barred from buying anything but commercial buildings. Period.
