Most doctors look at you like you have 2 heads if you mention pots. my average resting heart rate is 190 I have been told its just anxiety 🙃

I had a tillt test 5 years ago and it came back I didn't have pots. I still get dizzy all the time, and the symptoms of it. I get dizziness daily

As someone diagnosed with POTS things like sneezing, coughing and laughing make my heart race! After eating is also another trigger! If you think you may have pots please advocate for yourself…

I had a consultant laugh in my face and tell me POTS was a made up thing. He also said it was impossible for me to have episodes of losing vision. Turns out I have IIH too 🤣

I have the Hyperadrenergic kind. My blood pressure and pulse skyrocket when I stand up. Even after a meal. Atenolol helps.

I get fizzy arms and legs alllll the time when I'm not leaning on them, like just lying flat on my back in bed with my arms at my sides and they will all go fizzy (pins and needles)
