My son loved when we did seatbelt races. We try to quickly click our belts and yell buckled ! And whoever wins gets to choose to the music. It helped for the car pool line!

Absolutely brilliant. Totally adopting this practice. You’re 2, you get 2 tries, then we have to get going.

My kid’s fixation was pouring cereal “by self”, and I ended up putting a bit of cereal in a small empty snack bar box every morning so he could. 😂

What constitutes a “try”… mine will sit there for 10 minutes and that’s just her trying. There aren’t any resets

for me (as a toddler) it was the shoes. I would always fight my mom about shoes because I couldn't tell her with my words that I wanted to wear two different shoes so I would just yell 😬
