I’m seeing multi stages of the construction in this video. How can all that pass the county inspection to get that far along? That’s the biggest question. HVAC rough in, electrical and plumbing all come after the framing inspection is complete?

Can you explain the “undercut header” they prolly could’ve squared off the ends to make it tighter but some are less than a 1/16th…. The round on wood is doing that alone

Agree with all of these except undercut header that looked more like Shrinkage on allot of the wood short items, looks like house prob got wet few times during framing. 🤔
