@lifeofsms: Beef Short Rib Recipe🤌🏼: Ingredients: 1kg beef short ribs 2 onions 3 celery sticks 3 carrots 4 garlic cloves Tomato puree 1 can of plum tomatoes Beef broth 1 Beef stock cube 2 chicken stock cubes Worcestershire sauce 2 bayleaves Fresh lemon juice Salt Fresh Thyme Dried Rosemary 1. Dice your onions, celery, carrots and garlic. 2.Season your short ribs with salt on pepper on all sides 3. In a sauce pan, pour in 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil on medium - high heat. 4. Once the oil is hot, sear your short ribs in the pan till brown on all sides and transfer to a plate 5. In the same pan, drizzle in another tbsp of oil and throw in the onion, celery, carrot and garlic. Cook this for 5 - 7 minutes on a medium heat with some salt. 6. Once the veggies have softened a bit, squeeze in tbsp of tomato puree and cook for a further 5 minutes. 7. Pour in a can of plum tomatoes, break this down annd cook for a further 5 minutes. 8. Pour in 300g Beef broth 9. Place your ribs back in the sauce and add in the following: 2 bayleaves, 1tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, 10 sprigs of Thyme and 1tsp dried rosemary. 10. Mix 1 beef stock cube and 2 chicken stock cubes in 600ml and pour this into the pan. Give this a mix and place in the oven for 3 hours at 180 degrees celsius or until the beef is tender and fall of the bone. 11. After 3 hours, take the pan out the oven and remove the Beef Short Ribs and set aside 12. Strain the sauce to separate the vegetables and the sauce. Pour the sauce into a jug. 13. Plate the beef short ribs on a bed of mash or your desired side. 14.
