Our office ditched tracking employees attendance. As long as the results are there, no problem. Take your naps, do your grocery, go to pilates. It's ok.

Being in the off is less productive. Between the commute and interruptions, people are only working 4 hours if that.

Going to the office is a waste of time and energy. It’s hard to take meetings and everyone is super loud. Also, I can’t work in peace sometimes in the office

It’s the real estate leases. They’re paying for expensive leases, it’s not about the employees at all. They don’t want to eat the costs of the lease and downsize their property leases

I enjoy my hybrid schedule - 2 days in and 3 days WFH. I believe showing face is important not only for your mental health but also to stay relevant in the company.

My CEO ask us to come 3 days a week but he always leaves at noon and so everybody else just leaves after him 🙄😅😭 too bad my type of work has to be on site, but everyone else can work remote

My job is not collaborative at all and they still have us on a required hybrid schedule. My only meeting every week is my 1-1 w my manager and it’s virtual bc he’s not in office the same day I am 😑

I absolutely am not doing coffee badging. I dutifully go to the office and dial into my zoom calls from my cube, in accordance with expectations set by Leadership.

I WFH, more productive, better quality of work, work actual hours. In office is toxic! Office politics, the internal chatter, back stabbing, the affairs, ugh! Worked less hours in the office!!
