Aluminum is expensive. they can cut the top, clean it, get new product in, then seal it. Good for them for recycling ♻️

I work In a bottle plant and we will rewrap labels too. It saves time. Why peel them all when you can just relabel it

the cost associated with removing the old label and getting rid of it I'm guessing is huge. and using old stock so it's not wasted is good

I’m guessing they put that label on but then needed another type so they just relabeled it to not waste product.
