Keep hydrated. I get this way once in while. A few years ago I was brought to the ER because I fainted, found on the floor and they claim it was due to dehydration.

The heats got me so many times. I completely stopped drinking energy drinks and soda. No caffeine and a Busch lite dinner every night and water throughout is the key!
