Say hello to your new favorite summer refresher 🍹 Try these zesty Mojito Gelatin Bites into the mix for a fun, bold burst of Calamansi 💦 MOJITO GELATIN BITES Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 3 hours 10 minutes Serves: 6 Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin ¾ cup Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime Nectar 1 cup white rum 6 limes, sliced in half and hollowed out Mint leaves, chopped Directions: In a pot, combine the water and sugar over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin. Add the Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime Nectar and rum. Stirring to combine. Fill each lime shell with the gelatin mixture and sprinkle in some mint.
