Lasst krachen... 🌱VEGAN GARLIC-GYROS WITH PEPPERSAUCE🌱 INGREDIENTS (4 portions) VEGAN GYROS 600 g smoked tofu, in thin slices 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 cloves of garlic, finely grated 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tbsp wheat flour 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp sweet paprika powder PEPPER SAUCE 150 ml broth 1 tbsp vegan butter 250 ml oat cream 4 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp maple syrup 1 tbsp black pepper, coarsley chopped salt to taste CRISPY POTATOES 600 g baby potatoes, boiled and halved 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp salt SERVE WITH Roasted princess beans PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 180°C  1️⃣Boil potatoes in salted water until cooked. Drain them in a sieve and toss until the surfaces are roughened. Mix them with the remaining ingredients and bake for 25 min. 2️⃣Slice  smoked tofu into ultra-fine slices (mandolin). Mix with remaining ingredients for the gyros and fry everything in oil until  tofu is crispy 3️⃣For the sauce, heat  vegan butter in a small pan and fry  pepper until hot. Add the remaining ingredients.
