The US doesn't seem to have any legislation protecting forests or soils whatsoever. In the UK you need a felling licence and a 5 to 25 year plan to be approved ensuring you replace and improve.

a lot of people forgot that tree are a living being. they are baby tree need the elder tree to grow. that why it doesn't work when they plant them immediately without adult tree. it child neglect
