ADHD is actually something that makes a person stand out, we are born crisis managers, we sense the slightest changes in a person's tone, mimics, vibes, we see people through

My super power is how I work under pressure. That’s when I work my best. I always wait until last minute cus it makes sense in my adhd brain 🧠

My entire life I’ve always asked myself why everything is so hard. My dad used to say we were cursed… turns out we just have adhd. Diagnosed at 39 and now everything makes sense.

I’m not diagnosed but think I have it. If I have something happening that day my whole day has to revolve around it. ( I can’t focus on anything else)

Yesterday I was 20, today I am 41. Time blindness doesn't even begin to describe it. I "wake up" every couple of years for a few months at a time where I can plan and execute my life how I want to but then before I know it another 5-7 years has passed and I feel like I haven't moved forward. Externally people say I have, but internally I don't perceive it that way.

This is why adhd-ers are leading the charge into living in the present. Right now is all that is happening.

You have to train yourself. It’s not easy. I value time so much that I want to get the most out of it, when I’m not a crumpled heap on the couch. Then I can while away time for hours.

My severe anxiety helps with my adhd time blindness but also because of it I start everything 3 hours prior to actually starting time because I’m afraid I won’t be able to finish it on time😀

This guy is always right. Only people of adhd can truly feel what he’s talking about. Not just relate but feel it too. It touches home cause no one truly understands and never will they… we just lose
