Townships are not on the beachfront. Nothing stops the township dwellers from swimming in these pools.

I don't like the City government as much as the next person, but Khayelitsha, Gugulethu, Mnandi, and Langa have well maintained pools.

Townships do have pools.... Gugulethu has two pools in section 1 and 2...they have been functioning very well since I was born 40 years back...khayelitsha I know one... Am not sure bout langa.
