I have Ehlers-Danlos and I use mine every morning for about 20 minutes and I do it for about 30 minutes at night. My joints feel so much better.

No but for real it calmed my kid down tremendously. She has ADHD and can not be still at all or focus. She did her homework in one sitting 😳 while on the plate.
