i love my oura ring. i wouldn’t listen to what anyone says when they say it’s a waste. it totally helps me track trends in my body. when i use the little tags i can see what triggers what in my body!

After a while I can’t wear it. Makes my finger ache. I read it’s the lights. So I only wear to sleep for the data. It also detects when I’m getting sick.
