Windshields dont cost much. The labor is where you make money. Unless you’re installing oem glass it’s significantly less and most of the time you get the same brand that makes the oem glass

I own an Auto Glass Business, the average windshield replacement is $500 ISH for a basemodel car. Anything with a camera is $700 ish

Often you need to reprogram forward collision cameras mounted on them. I had to program the new side mirror on my son's Civic because of the camera in it.

Safelite won't put in oem😁. I had to pay out of pocket for oem, which is better and thicker.
