Off set smokers are definitely on a different level of smoke and flavor. But for those who can’t devote the time into offset smoking. Pellet is a good alternative with low risk

Smoke tube in pellet smoker does wonders if you your looking for more smokey tasting meat. $10 buy that will absolutely kick up the smoke flavor.

No chunks in the Camp Chef smoke box?? That’s the one thing that separates CC from other pellet smokers, I get a great smoke ring from that. Yes, offset will always be better, but I don’t care.

I knew he knows nothing about smoking when he said I’m going to score the membrane rather than pulling it off

So didn’t pull the silver skin, but kept saucing up the underside. No declaration of wood choice til the end. A hardy real wood charcoal was needed as a base. Nice seasoning soak…but not impress

"just rub it in there you're not going to taste this mustard at all, really". so be honest, be honest about the mustard. you know we'll taste it.
