This is me. Turns out I have OCD with a psychosis theme. I’d recommend telling yourself that there’s nothing you can do to stop yourself from going crazy, so there’s no point in trying to prevent it

I'm 32 so I have 2 more years in the window since I'm a woman, although technically it could happen until I'm 40. At least until menopause, when we get a chance to get it again!

My grandma had schizoaffective disorder which is basically schizophrenia and bipolar mixed into one and my mom doesn’t have it and I’m really hoping it doesn’t skip generations 😅😅

honestly I'm kind of glad my psychosis hit me early enough that I didn't have that stress. do I sometimes worry about having a break? yeah. but I know how to deal with it and have people in my life

Im currently in the schizophrenic window but i already have diagnosed bpd AND bipolar so actively have the MAJORITY of the symptoms so i have to concern myself over whether i was misdiagnosed or not
