Omggg girlll I work at urban outfitters and our associates make minimum wage. The Starbucks in my mall makes more than the associates at urban. I am soooo not about to tip at Starbucks.

I only tip restaurant servers and my hair girl. The only job I feel should always be tipped is servers/bartenders. Anything else is depending on service.

no this is so true bc it’s so overcharged and they aren’t really doing anything. i will def tip at restaurants and stuff. irs crazy bc in england they don’t tip at all or barely !!

i work at a sub place and our debit machine has the tip option, i dont know why. like yes im grateful cuz every week i get an extra $30, but all i did was ask what u want, why are u tipping me 😭

Yes but when you’re paid minimum wage and you rely on tips it’s a little rough when ppl don’t. I also think that if you can’t afford to tip then maybe you shouldn’t be getting it in the first place😐

on one hand… i understand, however i also work as a Carside/ToGo server at an Applebee’s and some people assume that the tips are unnecessary however, they don’t understand i complete orders alone😭

speaking as a nail tech that works at a nail salon we don’t get commission. we get an hourly pay which at most places isn’t that good so we kinda depend on tips.. especially when we’re spending p.1
