I'm tarrant county Texas they did not have vegetarian tray and my bunkie was a vegetarian and she was literally starving I felt bad for her😳

We do our best. We have a couple people on liquid jaw diets right now and there’s really only a few things we can serve them. Some of the special diets are literally going to be the same every day.

Jail I worked at didn’t get vegetarian and you got the same tray. Only special was a diet tray, kosher or halal. The meat patties were soy based anyway.
