@30.forever: Replying to @Jess12 Easy and healthy burger bowl meal prep🍔🥗 Ingredients for burger: 1lb of bison 1/2 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp of herbs 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper bc I like a little spice. Method: Mix all ingredients well and you can either grill or pan fry them. I grilled them here 5-6 minutes per side. Ingredients for sweet potatoes: 3 medium potatoes 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp of herbs Method: Place the fries on a baking sheet without over crowding and drizzle olive oil or avocado oil and your desired spices.. I used salt, garlic powder and herbs. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes and then turn them over and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
