Are you sure it’s not rheumatoid arthritis? It took nearly two years for me to be diagnosed sounds like it the pain and stiffness you’re describing

Plantar fasciitis will only go away with certain stretches. I've suffered for years but now I'm seeing the physiotherapist and I'm waiting to get insoles made to suit my feet 👍

bless you darlin I suffer with arthritis so bad and have for years this sounds crazy I tried loads of meds from Dr's but I discovered joint pain from anadin is my best friend naproxin didn't help mexx

On Amazon you can get a hot water bottle and u can plug it in just put in plug in water bottles and it will come up I have severe arthritis and osteoarthritis brittle bones it takes 2 min to warm up

I have planta in my left foot. I got the insole with it,I got mine from podiatry clinic. it is helping a lot. also ice water helps much.look on amazon for planta insoles
