Bicep curls are inmportant to strengthen biceps which are integral to grappling so heavily disagree there

I would have thought box jumps where plyometric ? If done like dead drops going max effort with breaks. Why are they technically not plyometric ? Teach me daddy

I find after adding bicep curls back in I’ve been really good in grappling scenarios, able to move people around a lot easier

Zerchers are the new “hot thing” now, used to do them in Phil Daru’s programs and they did help a little, but never noticed a huge difference
