Depending on how many fryers are in the store, it might not even be able to be completed in an hour. My local store requires at least 24 hours for large orders like that.

I’ve been around to long. How is it only one person is allowed to fry chicken? We had 4-7 people able to use the fryer. We would get it started and work as a team to get it done.

My local does pieces to order in 20mins. Sure, there would be a limit but they have done 20pieces for me in 20mins, so 50 is not a stretch in an hour.
