How do you test for this? I have Hashimoto's but my endocrinologist will NOT treat till my thyroid is destroyed and the blood tests for thyroid levels are below normal.

The one thing most doctors overlook is high calcium in your lab work. They think a “little high” is okay. It is not!High calcium should always warrant further investigation!

I had a parathyroidectomy in Jan 2024. My calcium level had been elevated for 10 years! Finally found a FNP that listened & did the labs. I had all the symptoms you mentioned except kidney stones.

I'm actually waiting on parathyroid blood results right now. My ANA was positive last year low vitamin d and b12. now my Calcium is very high. I've been in pain and so fatigued for over a year.

I have had chemo and it caused my thyroid to go crazy. I had it radiated and it didn’t help. I’m now seeing a new endocrinologist who added T3 and I feel so much better but not all the way normal.
