The most delicious 🍕🌱 Vegan PESTO PIZZA from @tomatoeswithlemon 🍕 Pizza dough 2 ¼ tsp active yeast 2 ¼ cup warm water 1 tsp sugar 1 ½ cup whole-wheat flour (you can sub all-purpose flour, but reduce water by ¼) 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour ½ tsp salt 1 ½ tbsp olive oil (optional) 1- Add the yeast and water to a big bowl. You can add the sugar to help jump-start the yeast. Then add the water and let it sit for 10 minutes. 2- Add the flour and salt and mix with a fork. 3- Knead the dough for a few minutes (it should be somewhat sticky), and cover and set it aside for at least 30 minutes. 🧀 Tofu ricotta 16 oz extra firm tofu 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp white miso paste (optional) 1 tsp salt (add ½ tsp salt if adding miso paste) Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until semi-smooth. 🌱 Vegan pesto 2 cups packed fresh basil  3 tbsp pine nuts  3 large garlic cloves 2 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp nutritional yeast ¼ tsp sea salt  2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1- Add all your ingredients to a blender or food processor. 2- Blend until creamy.
