Nestle Gold Corn Flakes White Chocolate Dino Nuggets 🦖🦕 @NestlePH I remember when I was a kid coming home from school to warm dino nuggets straight from the freezer or eating ice cream after a visit from the dentist. So why not combine the two coated in crunchy Nestle Gold Corn Flakes!  It was so nostalgic and so fun to make and really brings me back! What molds would you use for these crunchy golden ice cream nuggets?  INGREDIENTS: Dinosaur Nuggets: - 2 cups Nestle Gold Corn Flakes - 450g of white chocolate chips, tempered - 1 tray vanilla ice cream “Gravy”: - Caramel Syrup INSTRUCTIONS: - Take out your Nestle Gold Corn Flakes (150g or 500g packaging) out of the container, and place them inside a shallow tray. Place wrapping paper or plastic wrap on top and start beating it with a mallet until it resembles fine crumbs. Set this aside for later. - In a separate tray, place scoops of vanilla ice cream in rows. Spread the ice cream until it’s relatively flat and leave in the freezer to form overnight. - Set aside 450g of white chocolate chips. Place 300g in the double boiler and whisk till it reaches a temperature of 110F. Take it off the double boiler and add in half of the remaining chocolate and whisk until it reaches a temperature of 78F, and then start adding chips slowly until it’s back to a temperature of 85-95F.  - Take out your ice cream and make dinosaur shaped forms using molds.  - Dip the mold in the white chocolate, and coat it with the crushed Nestle Gold Corn Flakes. Serve with caramel sauce and enjoy! #CrunchyHacksWithGold #CraveTheCrunch #CookingASMR
