I like how you hid it using a subtle shade of blue

Just use a hair dryer when removing the cord hiders. Same with LED strips. Just a little heat and they come off without creating any damage.

personally, I'd just use a plastic razor to cut the edge of the painters tape that's showing

Good idea but couldn’t you just put a little mounting tape down at the bottom and then a little st the top instead of all the way down the wall?

You could also buy a mountable tv stand that goes over an entertainment center. Hides the cords and helps to not have to mount to the wall and it looks pretty solid.

Not bad bro, maybe trim that little blue that is showing but other than that it’s perfect! 👍🏾

As a professional painter if you leave that blue tape too long it’ll still peel the paint and part of the sheet rock

Orrrr you hire a tech that knows how to install an outlet behind your tv while they’re mounting it. The complex won’t make you patch that up and it’s an upgrade

An even better way to do this is apply command strips (the ones that attach with Velcro) to the back of the cord hiders.

Why not just use cord hider with drill holes? Easy to fill when moving out, won't cost you more than 5 dollar to fix.

If you put holes in your wall to mount the TV, why don’t you drill out holes? And use those wire hiding kids that run through the wall. If you have to cover the holes anyways.🤷♂️
